Will dated 29 May 1829:
Wife Elizabeth for the term of her natural life - the Interest arising from a small sum of money lodged in Leeds Bank, and part of the principal if necessity require it for her suport, and use of all household furniture during her life.
At her decease any money remaining and all the household furniture be equaly divided between daughters Betty, Hannah, and Rebecca, and also James Brown and his Children jointly, to have one equal share or fourth part with said Daughters.
