1859 Dec 29 Bradford Observer: A young man, Joseph Binns ‏[possibly son of Ogden]‏ was charged with assaulting P C Grange. Grange stated that Ogden Binns, a beerhouse keeper in Vincent Street, had recently married his aunt, so he frequently visited. He was attacked there by Joseph Binns. Case dismissed and PC Grange told he would have to give an explanation to the watch committee.
